TRAIRONG Bolted Steel Storage Tank

TRAIRONG is a fusion bonded epoxy (FBE) bolted steel tank for water storage application.After the steel surface treatment by sand blasting. The epoxy powder is thermally fused and combined with the steel material to have a highly corrosion resistance coating.Both the internal and external part of the panel have the fused bonded epoxy coat and the panel edges are smooth trim for easier panel installation and assembly.

wastewater treatment tank, potable water from desalination system, others

TRAIRONG FUSION BONDED EPOXY PROCESS
The manufacturing process start with panel laser cutting, punching and plate bending to the required panel radius and curvature.

The steel surface treatment by grit blasting SSPC SP-10 is perform to remove all the 
unwanted dirt, dust, grease, mill scale, rust and other foreign debris before the fusion bonded epoxy process.

After the panel is clean and dry, the fusion bonded process is perform with the 
process steps below:

• Internal Part Resicoat R4-ES Application
• Initial Coating Cure at 160 degree C
• Infrared Convection
• External Part Interpon D2565 Application
• Oven Crosslink Cure at 200 degree C
• Conduct Panel Test and Inspection for Quality Checking
